Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to bypass the limits imposed by the system. All bets and accounts will be void if multiple accounts are used.
In the event that monies are wrongfully credited to a customer's account, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify our sportsbook customer service department of the aforesaid error without delay. Any bets realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly related to the error, but prior to notification, will be cancelled.

This acceptance will be via a confirmation message that will appear on your screen when betting online or from the bookmaking call center. Once accepted, bets cannot be canceled or amended in any way by the customer.
Every effort will be made to ensure that all information available on the website is accurate.
